What we do
What a cleanup actually involves.
01 Find everything
Full scan of files, database, themes, plugins and uploads. Malware hides in more than one place and a partial clean is why sites get reinfected.
02 Remove it
Malicious code stripped out, injected content removed, spam pages cleared, the site returned to working order.
03 Find the way in
This is the part most cleanups skip. An outdated plugin, a stolen password, a backdoor left by a previous attacker. If nobody closes the door, you’re paying for this again in six weeks.
04 Close it and harden
Patch, remove what shouldn’t be there, lock down logins and permissions.
05 Clear your name
Google Search Console review request, blacklist removal, and help with your host or ads account if they suspended you.
06 Watch it
Monitoring so if anything moves again, we know before you do.
Reinfection
Cleaned before and it came back?
Then the first cleanup removed the symptoms and left the cause. That’s the single most common story we hear.
Re-infection isn’t bad luck. It means a backdoor survived, a password was never changed, or the vulnerability that let them in is still sitting there. Finding that is the actual job.

How fast can you start?
Send the URL and we’ll look the same day. Emergency cases — site down, defaced, or actively redirecting customers — go to the front of the queue.
Will I lose my content?
No. We clean the site rather than wipe it. We take a full backup before touching anything.
Do I need to move hosting?
Usually not. We work on your existing host. If the host itself is the problem — an unpatched server, a neighbor account reinfecting yours — we’ll tell you.
What if it comes back?
If we cleaned it and it returns from the same cause, we deal with it. The point of finding the entry route is that it shouldn’t.
Can you get the Google warning removed?
Yes. Once the site is clean we submit the review request and handle the follow-up. Timing is Google’s, but the submission is ours.
